I want to congratulate our staff, providers, and patients for a very successful first day of our new Coronavirus protocol! Our staff has been dedicated and efficiently caring for over 170 patients and countless calls with questions and concerns. Our Coronavirus Phone Triage protocol worked wonderful yesterday treating at risk patients on the phone and also kept the office environmentally safe for our patients, with other numerous health issues to come in and be seen. We will continue our cleaning and spacing efforts, along with our Phone Triage, as it has worked very well.
A huge thanks to Shannon and Angela on the wellness team, along with Chris Muldrow at Ramble Type, for quickly getting updated information on all of our social media and website. A special thanks to our patients for pitching in with keep calm and understanding as we made the changes to our workflow.
One of the patients commented, “your staff made me feel safe,” and that made our day!
We have many more days to go, but we have an amazing team working behind the scenes for all of us! I am very proud of all of you!
